This contract should be used when renting out the photo booth WITHOUT an attendant or someone staying on site with your photo booth equipment.
$1,400 Value
This Contract Includes but is not limited to:
– Names of Parties to Agreement (referred to as vendor and client)
– Services being covered (including the location of services and how long the service is lasting)
– What the client can expect when they are renting/leasing a photo booth from your company while you are NOT present
– The obligations that YOU have to the client during a drop off style event
– The rights and protection you have as the Vendor of the drop off photo booth rental the client is agreeing to
– The service the client can expect to receive from the drop off photo booth rental
– The locations a drop off photo booth can be/can not be - exceptions to the rules in place in the contract (based on the Vendors discretion)
– The penalties for not following the policies in the contract & how they will be handled
– Fees and Retainer (including overage time, idle time, travel fees & expenses incurred)
-Conditional Charges and Fee’s
– Cancellation by Client (when they can cancel, how they can cancel, any fees incurred)
– Rescheduling by Client
– Client Responsibilities and Expectations
– Customized Photo Booth Template/Design/Prints/Overlays expectations and fees
– Delivery of Images & Image Storage section (how the images will be delivered, when, etc)
– Model Release Clause and Creative Control Section
– Harassment Section & Safe Working Environment outlining your expectations and how a harassment situation will be handled by the Vendor
– Venue & Location Limitation Section (mentioning wifi and what your photo booth need to operate)
– Indemnification/Mutual Indemification
– Damage Fee’s and Responsibility
– Limitation of Liability (includes if you happen to lose/misplace the images from an event
– Force Majeure
– Cancellation of Services by Vendor
